Citi Double Cash Card is available as a Visa or Mastercard

Citi confirmed today (Sunday, Septmber 7, 2014) that the Citi Double Cash Card is available as either a Visa or Mastercard. Cardholder choice. Also, you may apply or product convert from most Citi accounts. If you product convert your underying Apr's will likely be you new Apr's and the credit line will remain unchanged.

It seems like those of us who did cold apps are getting MCs, but people PCing from Visa products retain Visa products

Since my CDP is MC i suppose it can just remain as such. Don't see a pressing need to act on Citi's option to make a switch over to Visa.
