Citi - Double Cash Pre-Screen Offer

I got a good chuckle today. Citi sent me an offer today for a pre-screen 0% APR for 12 months, and then the APR will be 21.24% thereafter. What a waste of paper and stamp.

LOL... I get the exact same offer except it's for the Diamond Preferred card - same APR and everything. I've gotten one every month for the last year, and the offer nevers gets better - actually it got worse, because the APR used to be 20.99%.. lol.

I could only imagine the SL if you do take the offer.

That's how I got my DC.   I took it, wanted the DC and don't care about my APRs...  Have never tried to lower one or paid attention to what they are except my FNBO card.
