Interesting -- I did a SP about 2 months ago and was approved for a CLI increase on my DC WMC, but the luv button did not go away (was still present afterward), so about a month later I hit it again. That time, I received some sort of message -- can't remember the exact verbiage -- that said that my account wasn't currently eligible for a SP increase. In fact, the luv button is still there, to this day on my DC account. Does anyone know if you hit it before 6 months has passed, does it reset the clock, so that the 6-month duration increases to when you hit it a second or more time?
No it does not reset the clock.
