Citi Forward Rewards?

Hey guys,

I gotta question for you all. I just recently obtained the Forward card and im wondering how the reward exchange rate is. I like to get statement credits and i assumed that the exchange rate would be 1:1 but i remember somebody saying that its only 1:0.5 if u want statement credits. Is this true? Id like to get statement credits with my Forward card but i dont want to be just givin up points?

You get 9k points for spending $650 in first 3 months and you get 1k points if you enroll in paperless statements. Those 10k TY points are worth $50 cash back or statement credit. Rewards are not that great but its easy to rack up points.

Thanks for that! So just to reiterate, if i want cash or statement credit points are only worth .05?

And i agree, rewards may not be the absolute best but as much as i eat out it should be easy to start racking up some crazy points

I eat out every single day. My 5th statement ends this 17th and im 2920 points away from 10k. Very easy to rack up points.

You also can get full 5% value on travel booked through Thank You rewards, student loan payments, or mortgage payments.
