No, there is no pull for a PC with Citi

I just completed a PC with my Citi AA card to the TY Preferred WEMC, and it was not a HP. I've also PC'd cards with them in the past, which also weren't HPs. Citi makes the process very easy but you do have to listen to a long disclosure.

I just got the Citi World Elite, kind of a cool card, I like the DP (the card, lol) too. I have a simplicity with like $8k on it, wonder if I can split it across those two cards or just one big a$$ Citi card?

And from what I remember (I PCd two or three cards) there is also a long waiting period, to give you time to change your mind.  I remember it being over a month.
