Citi Forward application taking months

Hi Everybody,

I applied for a Citi Forward (college student card) in late July. After a ~2 week wait I was told I needed to send in a social security form, social security card, bank statements etc. I did that.

Now it has been another month. I called and they said they are still working on my application. How can it take this long? What does this mean? My Credit Karma score is 730 and I have had a Wells Fargo card for 2 years. Usually using only 10% of available credit.

Re: Citi Forward application taking months

You should call citi again to find out. Generally they should process all apps within a 30 day timeframe.

If necessary, contact their executive office.
