Citi HHonors Reserve - Weekend Night Certificates

I'm planning my apps for the next year or so, and Citi HHonors Reserve is one option. I'd get the card mostly for the signup bonus, then probably drop it after a year.

For the two free weekend night certificates, are there blackout properties (based on brand and/or point cost)?

I don't care about getting a room at a Hilton Club or about any suite upgrades. I'm happy with a basic room, but I like a good location...and even a Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan is 60k HHonors points.

I used my two free weekend nights with the Hong Kong Conrad. Wasn't the best redemption, but worthwhile for my trip and I was satisfied. Kinda a pain that they can only be used on weekend nights though.

Although the weekend-only restriction slightly lessens the value, IMO they're better than those which are heavily category restricted (like Marriott's Cat 1-5 certs).
