Citi Hilton 60k offer

Hi Gurus,

Today I got mail from Hilton with an offer of 60k points with a spend of 1k with in 4 months. Is this a good offer to go for ?
Also, this offer I got to myself and I do not want to apply for any more card. Can my wife use the same email link and apply and get the same offer ?

Please advise.
Thank you.

Re: Citi Hilton 60k offer

If they just emailed you a 60k offer have your wife pull up the landing page. If it isn't pre populated with your info and she gets approved, she will get the 60k. It's normally 50k so it's a decent offer. You could reliably get two free nights off of 60k.

I got the same offer.  Are these targeted at all or are they just mass mail marketing?

Re: Citi Hilton 60k offer

There's a 60k offer with $3k spend directly on Hiltons website. Theres a few public links for 60k with $1k spend out there care of the Google machine.

Public offer.

It is posted on Million Mile Secrets.

Update: Declined with no HP. Citi really doesn't want to deal with me I guess...would have been a stupid easy signup bonus...

Re: Citi Hilton 60k offer

Really bummed to see this, considering I just app'ed and was approved for the 50k earlier this week. Called Citi to see if they could upgrade my offer to the 60k and of course customer service not being their forte, they told me to call Hilton as it's their offer..
Any thoughts on how/who I should approach this with? As I mentioned to the csr I haven't received the new car yet since it a brand new approval.

Thanks!

Re: Citi Hilton 60k offer

Try sending a SM. Some people have luck getting the better bonus going that route.

Agreed... They should be able to match you up with this current offer.

Same thing has happened to me with too many apps in a 6 month period.  In the past, waiting 9 months resolves the issue, but not sure about now.
