Citi -- Is this a denial? *UPDATE*

[ Edited ]

Hello all,

Applied for my last card before I go into the garden, a Citi Thank You Preferred Card. What's your take on this response? Not sure if I was approved or denied.

Message received on 3rd screen after application:

Thank you for applying for a Citi credit card. Your application for the Citi ThankYou® Preferred Card was received on 08/26/2013.

We are currently processing your application and will be in touch within 1 week.  We look forward to the opportunity to serve you.

However, at the very end of my application, 5th screen, it stated this:

Your Card Details
Card Name:Citi ThankYou® Preferred Card
Annual Fee:$0.00
Thank you for choosing Citi and welcome to your new Citi ThankYou® Preferred Card!

Am I in?

I hope so! They also emailed me a similar message (decision in a week), but this little tid bit was at the top of the email:
