Citi - Is this a good sign or not?

Is this a good sign that she will be approved?

It means they are still on the identify verification stage.  I wouldn't take that as a good or bad sign for being approved.

Hi,

I mailed copies of her ITIN letter and her drivers license... I hope this will be enough. Has anybody else had a similar experince with Citi?

I posted something about failing their fraud alert verification process and them closing my application. In any case, I contacted the supervisor and insisted on having them process my application. She put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back with an approval for the citi aadvantage select amex for 10k. Good luck and be persistent!
