Citi PC change ?

I received a Citi TY preferred card and a Citi diamond preferred card......about 4 months ago......are either of these eligible for PC to Hilton reserve card?....how long till i can do a PC?

I would call them it doesn't hurt to ask.  Isn't the hilton card a visa but the ty and diamond are MC.  Another question do you stay at HIltons a lot because you have two cards with no AF and the hilton has a $95 AF.
