Hi...just wanted to point out that this was a pretty old thread. I don't think Flo has been posting for quite some time. Maybe someone else will come along with info on this card.

AMEX has raised my rate despite over 27 years of excellent history with them.

I've had this card for some time now. Currently my APR is 9.24%. The perks are great, and Citi even waived the Annual Fee for me when asked. What more can I say!
