I got CLI for my Citi Platinum Select before I PC it.
1.6k to 3k. via online and no credit pull back in Aug/Sept.
I want to try again online.... but I think you would get instant denied because it's not 6 months yet... (maybe someone can put in his/her 2 cents on this)
