Citi Prestige Arrived. Very disappointed

Not like it's that much of a big deal but my card just arrived yesterday. Was expecting to see a nice presentation only to find a crumpled up plain white envelop in a UPS package. I didn't realize Citi was cheap for their highest end card lol. Anyways was it just me or is this the usual packaging this card comes in? Oh btw it's sure a nice looking plastic card

Mine came in a fancy black box with a thick benefits manual.

mine came in the fancy box also, OP did you ask for it to be expedited? I know they send the card first and you will probably get the fancy box (minus card) later....at least that is what Citi did for the AA executive card when people asked to have it expedited......

From what I have seen, it comes in a fancy box.  I wonder what happen to yours.  But the most important thing is it arrived safe and sound...
