Applied for a Citi Prestige last month, was approved online. I received the card basically next day. Before the end of the statement period, I charged my $3000 and did my Global Entry and booked my United premium plus subscription. The credit for the $100 global entry, $250 for the airfare, 50000 Thank You points and $450 annual fee all showed up when the statement was cut.
