Gotcha. What is the annual limit? It seems it would make the most sense to do claims for everything (within reason) as to give yourself the best and quickest chance of hitting whatever that annual limit is.
Do note that not everything works though, for example, clothing.
$2500 for most, if not all, cards.
I've gotten two credits for shoes and four for other clothes.

Thanks for correcting me, maybe I need to improve my search skills as the only time I tried I can't find what I want in their rewind system
Electronics have worked a lot better for me there.
A lot of stuff isn't in their system, but you can still file a claim based on a manual search. It just takes more effort.
So certain items that are "in their system" like electronics they'll do without a request where if it's something like clothing you are required to do the research? Is there a list somewhere of the different product categories that fall into each of these two groups?
UPDATE:
They removed the $0 "lower price" before the search completed, but at least were quick to honor a claim I submitted by email.
When you enter the cost of the item in Citi Price Rewind, do you include the tax or only the cost before taxes?
Thanks.

Cost before shipping and tax. You can't save anything on those.
