Hello
I recently applied for a Citi plat select student, according to the auto response It was denied, it then connected me to a person and they told me it was still under review (and should call back in 24-48 hours). If its relavant I have a WF Student with 1k limit and 6months history paid in full 16% util 7k income...so I thought I had a decent chance?
I'm going to assume it was denied, and was wondering what the back door number for Citi is? On the list theres a few:
Citi: 888-201-4523 (New App Approval Status)
Citi AA: 888-662-7759
Citi App Status: 800-645-7240, 800-288-4653, 800-750-7453
Citi: 800-444-2568 (Retention Dept.)
Citi: 800-763-9795 (App status?? They ask for your app #)
Citi Credit Bureau Dispute Fax: 866-713-5028
But none of them are labeled Recon/Anylist so I was wondering which one I should call?
Thanks!
