Citi Sears Product Change?

DH got Citi's Sears MasterCard in June 2012 with interest-free financing for our new TV.

The TV is now paid off, we never charged anything else to the card; it's just hanging out with a $0 balance.

Anyone know if he get this PCed to one of Citi's cards with ThankYou points? (If this is possible, I'm assuming we can't get the sign-up bonus too, right?)

(Not sure if this is relevant, but a few months ago when the Sears card still had a ~$500 balance, I clicked the "Request CLI" button on the Sears account. Denied, letter in the mail said our balance was too low...)

Credit Scores: FICOs: TU 721 | Plus FAKOs: EX 726, EQ 739, TU 735 | CK FAKOs: Transrisk 689, Vantage 790

I wouldn't bother. I tried to PC from regular card to the Mastercard and was told i would have to apply again..i think not.

I got approved for a CLI in April '12 for a big fat $200 and my balance at the time was $0.
