I asked Citi to convert my Dividends MC to HH Signature card. They did. Now my CL does not appear on CR. $23k limit gone and high usage of $3200 reported. Oh well it is some of the facts of life I guess. I'll keep the card and do PC again in couple of years to some other card that reports CL.
