Is there an introduction 0% APR rate for the new Citi Thank You Premier?

I just got mine last month and ran $1800 of the $3000 for the 50k points already.

I was looking at the statement and it says that $0 of the balance is subject to interest?

The balance doesn't become subject to the interest rate until after the due date. 

If you pay all $1800 before the due date, you will be charged no interest. 

If you pay  $200, then $1600 will be subject to the interest rate. 

This is how all credit cards work.
