Citi Thank you APP

HI! I applied for the Citi thank you card last night..what seems like forever I got a mgs stating an application id and they are currently processing and gave me a # to call..then I received an email and link..So if I wait will it just be approved or do I need to actually call?? I previously had an AAdvantage card I closed bc they cld due to an error on my credit report and wouldn't ever reinstate the limit..I closed it Dec 2013..The only late I have is a 30 day late from Nov 2013 from Target and have had no success in goodwill..

 

I did just open an Amex blue and Boa about a week ago..Would that affect my chances? Ideas, thoughts etc?
