Oh! I see, I just read the terms and it clarified it in there. Oh well, I know Citi is definitely far from Capital One, and will definitely move up with me in terms of CL, and terms. Do you know how they are as far as granting CLI's?

Citi will counter your CLI if you do it online and asked too much.

So I received the card today....but I am a little surprised to see that it is just a standard "thankyou" card, not a "Preferred thankyou" card....

This is kind of frustrating..:smileymad:

This happened to me as well. HOWEVER... nice thing is since I applied for the TY Preferred I did recieve that sign on bonus (and confirmed this would be the case with the CSR). Oddly enough after one month my apr went from 18.99 to 12.99 and then a month later I received an online notification a new card was mailed out. Turns out its the Preferred card that is replacing my regular TY card.
