My higher limit Citi Forward is $5,800 (just upped from $5,000) - no Signature upgrade here either.

My Thank You Preferred was upgraded to a Sig  as well. I've had the card 8 mos and had a cli in Nov to 15.9k. . Anybody know what the difference is?
