I have the Aviator and the CIti Business. The Aviator was an instant approval, given I already had a relationship with Barclaycard with the Arrival+ probably helped. Citi Biz went to pending and I called in and got approved there. With your relationship with Citi, if it's good, you should be able to get that card. Depnding on your report the Aviator should be good to go too. For me CIti pulled EX and Barclay pulled TU.
