Citi backdoor

I have never called a backdoor number before, and there are so many there for Citi.  Which of those numbers is the correct one for my situation?

I apped yesterday and they gave me a lower CL than I hoped for to do BT's, and they gave me the highest rate. Hoping a human might reduce the rate and up the CL.

Which is the right number?

Re: Citi backdoor

From my experience with two CITI cards, don't bother. They'll pull another HP and they'll tell you you have to wait 6 months

Re: Citi backdoor

Citi does not do CLI until you have use the card for six months. Do not know about interest rate, but I imagine it is the same.
