Citi closed Health Card Account!

My grandmother shows me letter explaining that Citi has decided to close their Health Card account, because my grandfather (primary) has some delinquent accounts reporting, due to  bad cosign deal. They had about a balance of $1000 left on the account, is there anything they i can do to help them? Citi must be on edge in this current credit crisis!

In all honesty tho, they defaulted w/ someone else -- Citi is just trying to make sure the same thing doesn't happen to them.

Ok, i will probably be there and the day she calls, probably be best that i talk to them, if CITI allows that, i know i have spoke on behalf of my grandparents before, also they will still have to pay off the balance, right?
