Citi extra cash

Well I thoiught citi was goning under got select app in mail is  extra  cash another online mall or what?
People say "Only apply for credit you NEED"

I say "apply for credit you have PRATICAL use of"

I don't have AMEX card because I don't want a card that suffers from PMS

I received an email stating my extra cash is at171 dollars.  To me its not real money, and is worthless.  Only 10% is applied to any purchase, and most things at the online store is JUNK!
