Citi is super slow!

On September 30th I ordered a replacement Premier card and it when I log in it still shows "processing" has not even shipped yet, are they usually like this for sending out replacements? To compare, on October 3rd, I pc'd my CSP to a CSR and got the card TWO days later...

They've been saying for months that their website is being upgraded... Still isn't upgraded.

So yes, they are slow, unless you have the Prestige (supposedly).

The CSR is Chases top of the line card. They deliver that card as UPS Next Day Air for all of their cardholders. The Citi Thank You Premier should take 7-14 days to be issued out and arrive. You cannot expect top quality service for a middle quality card.

When I drive a Ford Pinto, I'm happy to have arrived alive.

When I drive a Ferrari, I'm happy to get there faster, and have the thrill of being alive.

Moral of the story.....two different lenders. Citi could be doing an A/R on you before deciding to renew.

My experience with Citi has been 10 to 30 days ... slow would cover it!

I've learned that if you don't have them expedite it it takes forever to get your new card.
