My sister a student needs to get her first card the citi student cards seem to have the lowest apr's 12.99+Prime with rewards program.
I called citi and the CSR's bumped me around and seemingly were just winging it and telling me their opinion instead of fact.
What I want to know is can the mtvu card be changed later down the line to another student card or upon graduation to a non-student regular card?
The CSR's said not possible need to apply for different product then cancel old. Didnt make sense to me for a lateral change same apr rewards cards.
