If you looked at the previous posts, you'll see Citi is a huge EX puller 
it may have changed, but when I applied for and requested a CLI on my Shell card, both times they were Experian. I'm in NJ. Not a clue on the bofa pulls though.

FWIW, Citi pulled both EQ and EX for me. I'm in Florida.
