I recieved the same message today after I clicked to accept a $1,200 increase. Weird. I wonder what's up with the message? I tried to different browsers to no avail.

Citi showed DH some big love last week.  Got an auto CLI from Cit - $7500!!!  We have used them for BT.  We are about finished with a 1.99%, so I think there looking for some incentive for us to BT again.

I've tried calling 3 different times. Each time the person has no clue what's going on and asks income verfication questions. Not that I care, but this is supposed to be already approved.

It may be the end of the Citi luv button. Many Citi cardholders have been getting the same "error" message.
