@Anonymous wrote:finally got this done. Asked for a supervisor, she visited with me for a few minutes and sent it up for review. Said it may take a day.
She said I had to keep the MIN credit $ there and I could move the rest. So I kept $500 on the Diamond Prefered and $1000 on the Simplicity (these both use "CitiDeal points" not ThankYou points)
I logged in yesterday and my Citi Premier World Card now has $34k limit, my others have $500 and $1000. so I guess they moved it, lo
Anyone know if you can request a supervisor via chat?
I want to combine my American Airlines limit to my Diamond Preferred card so I can do some balance transfers and keep utilization below 9%. I'm calling EO on Monday to see if it can be done. Fingers crossed...
I just moved limit from Citi HH to DC with SP, via call to Executive Office. Used phone number in Backdoor Number thread, that starts with 605.mI had to leave $300 (min CL) on HH, and transferred rest to DC. I was told they would check to see "if the offer was available on my account." Then was told it would be HP, and though I authorized a HP, I did not get one. They asked where I got phone number from (that number is a CEO's office, lol), and I told them "on the Internet."

Yea somehow I think if people start calling this number on a regular basis they are going to start getting smacked down as it seems they do not intend for that number to be out there.

You've got $20k on the DP already. Which card CL is this coming from? How much CL are you trying to move? You do realize that going over 9% on a card, going over 50% on a card with a BT, only costs you about 7 - 10 FICO points at your score range?
How much are you trying to move to stay under 9% utilization? Seems like a lot of work (and reduces the donor card limit) for a few FICO points, temporarily spent and then you get those points back as you pay down, plus the risk of a HP to get it done.

You are probably right. I had no idea who's office I was calling, I just wrote the number down from the thread.
