customer service is all about who answers the phone. you can get 15 different stories from 2 different CSRs. I find chase ways gives me the stories I like most.

Which is why I canceled by BoA card as worthless lender and service IMO

You probably did't get very nice CSRs. Every time I have called in, they overnight my cards. They even overnight my AU's cards.
