The discover guy was kinda hessitant when he asked me a couple of questions. He was happy my payments were in full and never late.  He asked why my credit started only 2008--- explained to him I move him from Manila.  HE asked why I had an AMEX inquiry just today --- told him it was a inquiry for home loan. BoA same --- Home loan lol (and this was where I found out that the BoA was an HP and not a SP).    I think I don't have any chance of reconning Norstrom sig since they hate numerous inqs.

guys 

just did a recon on my chase freedom CLI ----  got approved for a mere 500 to 4500 limit from 4000

tried calling again for a recon --- denied. CSR said I had inquiries from my CLI app spree from nordstrom, chase, amex, capital one lol. I accept.  What formula do they use? What made them say that I already have sufficient credit.

Will try CLI again in October -- 6 mos after.

In summary :

BoA - 3500       >5000

Chase 4000     > 4500

Discover 1700 > 4500

Citi 6700          > 7950

AMEX Hilton  approved.

Capital one    pending.

att universal   pending.

nordstrom      denied.
