So Jodi Lang is the Exec Assistant to the Pres of Citicards USA.  She can try and push through any denials for CLI and cards

 

I suggest anyone with denials on CLI and cards write her.

 

So far she has not called me back as promised on my CLI request and I think that is in very poor taste considering I have been banking with the bank for 11 years.

 

 Maybe she can help you, thus far she has done nothing for me
