You ask what the big deal is about this happening? Just asking the forum if anyone else has experienced this "data breach" or "account compromised" action from Citi. The issue is not if the online account has been compromised but rather some merchant out there that I've used has had the data compromised.
What's frustrating is that Citi would not/could not tell me which vendor it was that was "compromised".
