Does anyone have a currently working backdoor number for Citicards?

I need something more on the lines of a credit analyst - I will use that one if I have to. I want to question the tier that I was assigned on a recent Citi Diamond Preferred approval.

Maybe someone at the retention level can/will transfer you. I have found Citi difficult to get to the needed department for some reason.

I just requested a recon at this number a few minutes ago after initial denial last week.  Faxed over requested info now waiting to hear back.
