Citizens First Bank is a smaller bank that I happen to have a checking account with and today was on the website for the first time in a while and they are offering a credit card again (they had stopped for quite some time) I clicked on it and it is being offered through TCM (I have never heard of them and google doesn't return much!)
Anyone have more insight?
