Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

I want the 2800 to buy some more stock but I dont want it to ruin my credit profile

Siince you PIF every month your utilization won't be impacted, and even though it's closed it, will continue to report for 10yrs, so your AAoA won't be hurt either.

If your UTL is low it won't have a big effect but bear in mind you will be reducing your available credit limits
