Close Capital One Secured Card?

I currently have these limits as follows these are all credit cards I Pay them in full every month and never leave a balance sit

 

the secured card is my oldest open acct at a year and ten months it is also my second largest credit line at 3,000 dollars  please advise if I should cancel 

 

 

Credit Cards Limit  


 Chase -1500   

 

Capital One -750

 

Trumark Financial- 500

 

Capital One- 750 

 

Walmart -5300

 

Capital one secured -3000

Sent you a PM for cap1

Ask them to waive the AF and triple limits on both cards

If they don't have rewards ask them to add them

Just closed my cap 1 secured card. Called and they said no way to PC...

Last App: 09/17/2013 // No App Until: Mortgage (05/14?)

Cards in my wallet: AMEX BCE ($8000) // CITI AA VISA SIG ($5000) // CHASE FREEDOM ($3500) // DISCOVER IT ($1000) // CAP ONE NC ($1000) // WALMART DISCOVER ($1600)
Credit Scores: FICO TU08 (10/13): 739 // Credit Karma (10/13): 677??!! // Credit Sesame (10/13): 730
Next Goal: CSP (after mortgage probably...)

I don't have any experince with CapOne, but it's only a phone call.  Why not? Nothing ventured - nothing gained.

CapOne doesn't graduate their secured cards. If I were you, I'd pay another AF and keep it until the month before the AF comes up in 2014. You should be fine by then, and its only $30. I'm assuming its not too bad of a bite with as much as you've deposited. I also have a maxed out capone secured card lol.

I'm a personal banker and do a lot of auto loans serving the Houston area.
I suggest first time car buyers to read the sticky guide in the auto loan section.
