Today was my 61st day. It is now 2:12 in the morning so I figured I give it a go.
Then I et a reply stating I was denied because it wasn't 60 days.
My account was opened may 8th and it is now July 8th (2:12am) which is the 61st day.
Couldn't sleep so I figured I'd give it a go. Get denied. Is it because I did it so early in the morning?
Am I able to try again or do I have to wait another 60 days?
You might be off a few hours due to time zones. That happened to me, I missed it by 1 hour, LOL.......You can try again no problems, no need to wait 60 days.

Ah damn. Didn't even think of that. I was wondering because on the denial letter it said July 7th lol. It's July 8th over here in New York. Ill just try in the morning.
So I don't have to wait another 60 days right?
No, you should not have to wait.....as I said, I got the same thing and on the denial it was the day before. I realized it was the time zones. I waited an hour and it worked like a charm!!
Keep us updated when you get your increase in the morning!!!
When did you activate the card?
Yea I had the same thing happen to me I was assuming because it was the weekend.....But I just tried it and got approved.
Congrats!!!!!!
Also remember that it isn't the61st day since you were approved. It's the 61st day since ACCOUNT ACTIVATION. For me, that was the day Amex set up my account online and allowed me to log in (even before I received my card). It was a few days after approval.
