Closed Hooters and Capital One

I finally closed hooters.  I am trying to get away from the annual fee's.  They will not budge.  I have a Chase Freedom Card, Toys R Us Chase Card, Target Card, Lowes Card, Macy's and Kohls,

and a Orchard Bank.  My scores are in the 620's.

Re: Closed Hooters and Capital One

Chase Freedom CL is 22900.00, Toys R US is 10,000. Macys is 1500.00 and Kohls is 1500.00, Walmart 400.00 and Lowes is 550.00.  Orchard bank is 1100.00. I also have a Columbus Bank

and Trust for a 1000.00 CL.  Capital one was 600.00 and Hooters was 1000.00 and both of them

had a annual fee, where the rest of the cards do not.

Re: Closed Hooters and Capital One

I'm on the cusp of closing my capital one card as well. The card has a hard credit limit cap of $3000. Nothing will make them budge on going higher than that; I even have a bank of america and discover card with higher limits. Granted, the credit market sucks, but even that can't justify the marked difference in credit limits between capital one and my other cards.
