Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
Consider putting your phone, cable/tv, cell, internet, etc on auto bill to your CC. Then just write a check or BillPay for all charges end of month.
Major CC's like use, at least every couple months, not just a couple times per year.
