As long as you have another card, I'd close it. You want to have at least one card at all times, along with some token amount of use, so that you appear to be using your credit. That said, there are much better cards out there, and if you aren't going to use it, can it and get some thing else. If it is your only card, get something else, then can the Amazon card.
