College Student Cards and PC

I'm not sure why I didn't think of this before, but, in general, is it possible to PC out of a student card when you graduate?

Although I'm still technically a student, I finished undergrade in May 2010 and I would like to PC out of my US Bank College Student card and possibly my Citi Dividend Platinum select even if only for a higher CL.

Anyone have recent experience with this?
