Combining Points Between 2 Sallie Mae MCs?

For those who have 2 Sallie Mae Mastercards on the same account, is there any way you can consolidate their reward points into one total?  

I love the double caps/rewards.  But it's a minor nuisance to have to hit the redemption minimum on both cards individually.
