Unbelievable!
I just came on here to see if there is any buzz.
Got approved recently for Total Rewards $9k and Fuel Rewards $2500. Haven't even received total rewards yet.....went to use the Fuel Rewards today and didn't go thru. Hmmm odd right? Like just around $100 and online.
Realized after logging in says available credit 0 bal 0 etc. so sent a secure message.....: just read a response said closed on the 25th. Wrote back must be a mistake with the computer please correct it.
Logged not the Rotal Reqards and it shows 0 00 too.
Then came in here and find the scuttle butt going on all over.
DWs Accts with comenity SG, BJs and TR are fine, checked them too.
I am going to request they remove all inquiries and Acct info if they keep them closed.
This is ridiculous!!!!!! Closed without any use or chance to spend or pay a dollar!!!!
