sorry to hear. I called EO, and spoke with my contact there...they are removing my 3, thankfully. I have plan to close 6-8 of my CC with them next year. Just don't need them really.. Trying to get my overall profile a little cleaner and close down store cards. Don't need them for anything, and certainly not for Util since I PIF everything.
