My wife had an Eddie Bauer/Comenity account that she closed a couple of years ago. She had a single 30 day that was in part due to when the account was set up she received the first statement after the account was past due (she did not go on-line). We have been sending out GW letters to a resounding chorus of silence from Comenity. Yesterday she received a letter from Comenity saying that the account was given a CLI!
