So since im in the garden I am trying to get sp increases to quench my thirst. I moved 2 weeks ago and updated my address both via the post office and on my individual cc sites to make sure there would be no lapse in mail. Every comenity card I own gives me this message when hitting the luv buton:
REQUEST CREDIT LIMIT INCREASE
Thank you for your interest in a credit limit increase. To complete your request, we need more information. Please call the Customer Care team at 1-888-428-8810 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788) at your earliest convenience.
Each phone number is differenet depending on which card account I am logged into. I figured maybe it was the change in address as I have never seen this before. I called in to Express and JCrew to verify and still nothing. Also keep in mind I have had Jcrew over a year now and still stuck at initial limit of 250. No love from them whatsoever unlike the rest of the cards.
Can someone please tell me what gives with the above message? And what I can do?

I am not sure about that statement, I have seen people who have received it though on here. What if you call the number on the back of the card and say credit limit increase? Have you tried? Does it want to connect you to an agent?

Yes, I have called and tried it that way it puts me through to an agent and they say they dont know why I am being asked to call in... Its so weird

Its verification...as to be put thru to the credit department, and verfiy your address and home number.. then ask for a CLI!!! ask high, like synch, they will counter.
